About

Pocket Signal started as a group chat between three friends who kept sending each other links to weird little mobile games. At some point we realized we had opinions worth writing down, so we turned it into a proper site. It's still a small crew, and we still play everything ourselves before saying a word about it.,We care about indie titles because they take risks big studios won't. A one-person team can ship a strange control scheme or a tiny story that sticks with you for weeks. Those are the games we want to surface, whatever genre they land in.,Picking what to cover is simple: we look for something that stands out, install it, and give it a few real sessions. If it bores us in ten minutes, we usually drop it. If it keeps pulling us back, it earns a review. We don't chase trending charts and we don't review on a schedule just to fill space.,Everything here is written by people, not generated and not copied from a press kit. When we get something wrong, we fix it and say so.
